To become into, to create new worlds of images, sculptures, movements, sounds, colours and language, ways to communicate. To create new horizons who will blossom against and next to new ones, all in a never-ending stream. Bringing movements into the back and front worlds, together with the topic, the subject, figurative or more abstract so new worlds will create. Creating the influences in such a way to get optimal results.
Research questions How does the impulse come to the creation and the opposite way around? What does it mean to “dance within” and what’s the image combining it to a certain “in between area”? How do these nuances look like, translate them into images of any discipline, many of them. What will be the main subject of an general speaking objective viewer in a grey painted room to think of? (this is more philosophical speaking) What colours does have a conversation between two opposites and what kind of movements in between the words? Where is the distance and the closeness the same as in one image, so that opposites are falling congruently as in one (because they are already the same but on another level, other “jacket”so to speak). This is also already a possible research outcome. What is form? (like in colour-studies) What do you need to be able to observe “the in between worlds” so well you can make transitions and connections into the opposites and the similarities?
Hypotheses I assume because of understanding the complexer fields in between the upper 2 highest poles, outer spaces more for example by and after doing research in combination with developing my own artistic skills these new worlds will create themselves by mostly reflecting the research processes and developing my art works in a balancing way. There will be richer and new worlds and images to discover and experiencing the need to create them will grow.
Possible research outcomes Richer worlds into the images and also the 2 both upper, outer points of level (Reference: R. Steiners “the cosmos speaks”; about the 12 atmospheres and the 10 in between the 2 higher poles. The capricorn symbolizes the material world and the cancer sign symbolizes more the spirit world and all the other 10 signs are kind of dancing and moving in between those two worlds and from which I saw on the stage they were creating at that very moment also new worlds. Living is Moving. Standing still is close to deathning kind of processes, also in nature. Observe nature’s rhythmic movements. We need (to focus on?) the upper 2 sides of the whole total or more marking points so we can more easy observe what is there. The nuances are more difficult to notice but we could train our way of observing, looking, listening, moving and so more(on). Our view and way of creating is getting (involving/obtaining?) more layers and is getting more rich and also complex in a way.
Theoretical and artistic departure points and research method By making paintings (and music and little movies) in all kind of materials and combine them to get the layers and different kind of worlds and kind of visual doorways. By reflect on other painters works. By dance and make little movies from different kind of views; for example I do want to film people crossing traffic light at the Kuhrhaus only on heel high and the way they move. Because I always sit and wait long for my bus I do see it almost like every day and it fascinates me to notice peoples walks and shoes and the things they carry and simply “talk” to each other by only crossing each other at the zebra, they don't speak, they all have their own agenda, their own schedule and way of moving, but by putting the movements next and also across each other will make a kind of living painting that will reflect my sort of calling living inner universe more then a “dead” painting on the wall. I do prefer being in the painting. Therefore I started Eurythmics. But now I have to combine those worlds. Me being in my own creating living painting and going on, never standing still.
Connection with my own works My paintings are going about those different kind of layers. By colours, lines, lyric movements, forms, etc. are crossing these worlds among, all over, or even in shy way over or next to each other. New worlds and also paintings were born. Sometimes the different kinds of layers will tell an autonomic story, expressing one solid world. Without any way of communicating. Movements are the staring points, the impulses all the time. An organic form can grow out to a more sharp one. A fluent line transforming to a corner, jarred. A pictorial portrait can evolve into another, a diffuse world, another world, a formal state of being. Expanding contrasts to make the view more clear, brightness. It s important the process will help herself in the most important way to go on. The former painting carries already the next one inside of her. It’s like giving birth and an incarnating living process on earth. Keep the composition sharp. Organic aggression transforming into Strong, lively images, no boundaries to block the sunlight from creating, exposing sculptures for example. Making notes. Meeting-points, creating space for them. More different kinds and also points of views, directions to move into. The resonance from the dancing within, inside like in the dancing video I have made, free movements, resonating joy and gratefulness next to the existential life questions, the grace lies in between.
Literature and references Painters (modern and post modern mostly) for example Per Kirkeby and Cecily Brown. Art History-mostly transition periods like Impressionism and Expressionism. Studying the classical Dutch painters during 1700 relating to the subject. Poets, for example Maria Vasalis, Maria Barnas works and William Blake “the marriage between heaven and hell”. Studies of Movements in all kinds of ways. Dancing variations. Ballet;Vaslav Nijinsky. Dance Expression. Eurythmics. Studies of Paint and colours (sunlight movements) materials, how to get the closest to the subject with the materials. Rudolf Steiners works, mostly about Art and Eurythmics. Goethe’s colour studies and visions. Autobiographics (Vasalis and Nijinsky) Music (Mozart, Beethoven and Bach - Mozart will be in the middle) Piano parts.
